CHAPTER 3. PLANNING A SEIGE
One who is good at martial arts overcomes others' forces without battle, conquers others' cities without siege, destroys others' nations without taking a long time.
The skillful martialist ruins plans, cuts off supplies, or blocks the way, and hence overcomes people without fighting. The feline ninja warrior has the weapons of invisibility and insanity to help when there's a cupboard to explore, a v*t trip to avoid, or a look of innocence to bewilder a human.

There are ways of knowing who will win. Those who know when to fight and when not to fight are victorious.
Human beings are an extremely erratic species. Sometimes you must let them open packages without your assistance in order to avoid petty quarrels.

Those who face the unprepared with preparation are victorious.
The ninja technique of feigned insanity can be used whenever you want to gain the upper paw. Be creative in its use; you cannot fail to be victorious with it. The Feline Ninja Warrior studies, meditates, and applies these skills. Hence, cats always defeat human plans and ploys through the superior will power and mind control the cat possesses.

After mastering these concepts in theory and in practice, you are read to move to Chapter 4. If you prefer, you can review Chapter 1, or Chapter 2.
