QUESTION: I've read that Empress Hadarah's favorite beverage is mead sipped from a silver goblet. What is mead?
RESPONSE:
Mead might be described as a drink of fermented honey although it contains other ingredients, too. The Imperial Meadmaker uses only honey made from catnip flower nectar produced on the Imperial estates and harvested by the Imperial Beekeeper.
Mead is very strong and is often mixed with water. Sipping is wise; gulping can be suicidal.
QUESTION: What is the official fish at Castle Gwyndd?
RESPONSE:
Yellowfin tuna is the official fish at Castle Gwyndd. The most sought-after variety of this fish is reserved for Her Imperial Majesty who serves it to Official Visitors and often sends a fish to friends for their private consumption.
QUESTION: Does Her Imperial Majesty ever visit non-royal cats?
RESPONSE: Indeed she does! She's quite fond of socializing with other kitties and, her official schedule permitting, accepts invitations to both formal and informal events.
