Hadarah: This is mah favorite place. Ah call it the Overlook Garden because Ah can overlook it from mah bedroom window.
E.T.: So many tasty flowers! Violets, roses, dandelions!
Ginger: And nasturtiums fur my favorite dish: nasturtium-poached flounder fillet.
Hadarah: Caturally, Ah do not purrmit the use of pesticides since Ah do not wish to poison lil ole me *giggle* so Ah'm always looking fur ideas to have a healthier, natural garden.
E.T.: Why not plant a lot of marigolds? In addition to being edible, they purrtect against nematodes.
Ginger: And white geraniums. Fur some reason Japanese beetles are drawn to white geraniums ignoring other plants in the garden. It's a great way to attract those yummy, crunchy June bugs!
Hadarah: Ah do enjoy snacking on June bugs. It would be so catvenient to attract them to one area of the garden. Then Ah could nap nearby and snack intermittently *giggle*
E.T.: Natural fertilizers are also good idea.
Ginger: MOL MOL E.T. loves fish emulsion. Meowmie used to give him a smidgen in a dish for helping her in the garden when he was an outdoor cat.
Hadarah: Wonderful! Ah always enjoy your visits and Ah learn so many interesting things. Now let's go over to the delphiniums where we're sure to find some very large crickets to nosh on.
