The courtship of Widgy and Taliesin is one of the greatest love stories of all time and all galaxies. Dwnn tells how it unfolded. Late one afternoon when I was napping on my purrson's favorite reading chair and, thereby, forcing her to do something actually productive - like putting food into my bowl - my twin, Taliesin, jumped onto the chair and reminded me that it was time to dress for an evening at the CLAW Theater. (Taliesin is a member of the Friends of the CLAW Theater and nevfur, evfur misses an opening night.) So we quickly emptied our food bowls, washed our paws and whiskers, and clicked on ovfur to CLAW. There was a lot of excitement as you can imagine knowing how we cats like to get together and enjoy a good purrformance. Although several plays were running at the time, the greatest interest was generated by the opening of a new purrduction of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. A giant poster caught our eyes, and lured us into the theater. It was a purrformance to remember, although not necessarily in the way that my brofur remembers it. He fell ears ovfur tail in love with Widgy (as Snow White) from the moment of her furst entrance. When she ate the poisoned apple and fell asleep, I thought he was going to jump onto the stage and kiss her awake himself! After the purrformance, he sent flowers with a note declaring his love. But Widgy (full name Widgitte Luseal Edwards) is a famous catress and model who gets many, many flowers from her fans. When she didn't respond, Taliesin made me go with him to help Widgy's brofur Sammy and our furriend Charlie in the The Quest fur the Howly Grayl as well as go into the dungeon to fight dragons and invading d*gs. I warned him that Queen Bitsy was likely to view us as stalkers and call out the Kassle Kopz. Taliesin didn't care; he was besotted. When I refused to risk any of my nine lives in pursuit of his love, he began to hang around the castle going through the photograph albums and gazing at the pictures of Widgy. Finally, gathering all his courage, he clicked ovfur to Ask Sister Catrisha and posted a message asking Widgy if she would be his winkwink. After a few secret negotiations - she is part of a royal family, after all - some of them involving me, her brofur Opie, and her sisfur Tommye, Taliesin went to the castle and purrposed. I am furry, furry happy that my twin brofur has found the winkwink of his dreams, and I know he and beeyootiful Widgy will be happy furevfur. But I am also happy because I have found a winkwink, too! Tommye and I became winkwinks as a result of our meeting during the courtship of Taliesin and Widgy. I keep a picture of Tommye nearby at all times.
